As a FREE SERVICE to our colleagues in the building profession, we will help you locate and obtain the products needed to meet your
L.E.E.D. Certification Goals. E-mail us with your needs or questions and we'll get right to work.

Some Examples for you...

  • Use Salvaged, Refurbished or Reused Materials for 5% of Building Materials (MR 3.1) = earn 1 point
  • Use Salvaged, Refurbished or Reused Materials for 10% of Building Materials (MR 3.2) = earn 1 additional point (Total 2 points)
  • Use Our Recycled Lumber for at least 10% of job total (MR 4.1) for Flooring, Cabinetry, Beams, etc. = earn 1 point
  • Use Our Recycled Lumber for at least 20% of job total (MR 4.2) for Flooring, Cabinetry, Beams, etc. = earn 1 additional point (Total 2 points)
  • Use a minimum of 10% of materials and product manufactured within 500 miles (MR5.1) = earn 1 point
  • Use a minimum of 20% of materials and product manufactured within 500 miles (MR5.2) = earn 1 additional point (Total 2 points)
  • Dismantle and Recycle (we can help with this) 50% of the Materials from existing Building (MR 2.1) = earn 1 point
  • Dismantle and Recycle (we can help with this) 75% of the Materials from existing Building (MR 2.2) = earn 1 additional point (Total 2 points)

                                                          Follow the above to earn up to 8 Points toward L.E.E.D. Certification.
